Mine Not Yours Our Relationship A Lesson in Love and Equality

"Love and Equality" ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ซ

One day, the wife happily said to her husband during evening tea:

"Tomorrow, my parents and siblings are coming. It has been a long time since we met them, so we invited them for lunch. You should also try to come quickly."

The husband said a little heartlessly:

"Well... but what was the need? We are also busy ourselves. And you know that I don't like the things your brothers say very much."

The wife smiled slowly and said:

"They are our own, they come sometimes... so it becomes our duty to be polite."๐ŸŒน

The husband said a little carelessly:

"You go to their house and meet them, what was the need to invite them home?"

The wife didn't say anything, she just fell silent. A slight moisture came into her eyes, but a smile remained on her face.

The next morning, the wife cleaned the house with all her heart, perfumed it, and prepared a delicious meal. The husband had breakfast and went to the office.

In the afternoon, the wife called her husband:

"Mom and Dad have come, everyone is waiting for you. How long will you be here?"

The husband replied briefly:

"It seems difficult to come today, you see."

The wife said softly:

"Okay, as you see fit."

When the husband came home in the evening, the atmosphere was pleasant. The aroma was fragrant, there were some leftovers on the table, and the wife looked calm.

The husband asked:

"Did your family leave?"

The wife smiled and said:

"No, they are coming tomorrow."

The husband said in surprise:

"So all this is arranged today?"

The wife said softly:

"Your mom and dad and siblings came today. We invited them. They left very happy..."

The husband was surprised Then he asked slowly:

"But you said that our family is coming tomorrow?"

The wife smiled and replied:

"Yes... We wanted to tell you that relationships are not 'mine' or 'yours', relationships are 'ours'. We should respect and accept those who are ours or yours..."

A silence fell on the husband's face... and for the first time he truly felt that a real relationship is only strong when there is respect for equality on both sides.

Conclusion:

Love and relationships are not only based on blood ties, but also on feelings, equality, and respect. When we start thinking of "ours" instead of "mine" and "yours", home becomes heaven.
